MEET OUR STAFF
Gabriella Ricolt:
Owner and Competition Director
Ms. Gaby started her dance career when she was three years old. She graduated from Doral Academy Performing Arts - Dance Strand, where she was Team Captain her Senior year. She was also a member the Miami Marlins Pep Squad.
Ms. Gaby is an 8-time Regional and National Choreography Award Winner, as well as a 3-time Regional and National Entertainment Award Winner.

Ariana Ricolt:
Studio and Company Manager
Ms. Ariana is a Miami native, who’s studied various styles of dance from the age of two years old. She went onto graduate from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree, the University of Miami with a masters degree, and is currently a high school teacher.
Ms. Ariana founded Xplosive Dance Company together with her sister Gabriella and her mother Ana. She serves as the studio and company manager.

Ana Ricolt was born in Miami and loved dance from a young age, but it was her daughters’ love of dance that led her to open Xplosive Dance Company. Her leadership skills and vision have been instrumental in building a space where all dancers are welcomed and encouraged.

Wilmar Valera:
Coach
Mrs. Wil began dancing at the age of thirteen and quickly made it onto a competitive dance team. She graduated from Doral Academy Performing Arts where she was Team Captain in her Junior and Senior years. Mrs. Wil was a part of the Miami Marlins Pep Squad and the University of Miami Hurricanettes.
Mrs. Wil has been with Xplosive Dance Company since the very beginning in 2016 and has won several choreography awards, both regionally and nationally.
