Gabriella Ricolt:
Owner and Competition Director
Ms. Gaby began dancing at just three years old and has been passionate about it ever since. She graduated from Doral Academy Performing Arts – Dance Strand, where she proudly served as Team Captain her senior year. She also performed as a member of the Miami Marlins Pep Squad. An accomplished choreographer and performer, Ms. Gaby is a 15-time Regional and National Champion, an 8-time Choreography Award winner, and a 3-time Entertainment Award winner. She also serves as a judge for Nexstar Talent Competition, bringing her expertise and industry perspective to stages across the country. Her creativity, passion, and dedication continue to inspire dancers to perform with confidence, strength, and artistry.

Ariana Ricolt:
Studio and Company ManagerMs. Ariana, a Miami native, has trained in a wide range of dance styles since the age of two. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her master’s degree from the University of Miami, and currently works as a high school teacher. As a co-founder of Xplosive Dance Company alongside her sister Gabriella and mother Ana, Ms. Ariana plays a key leadership role as the studio and company manager. Her dedication, organization, and passion help drive the studio’s success while creating a strong, supportive environment for every dancer.

Ana Ricolt, a Miami native, discovered her passion for dance at a young age. However, it was her daughters’ love for dance that ultimately inspired her to open Xplosive Dance Company. Through her strong leadership and clear vision, she has created a welcoming and supportive environment where dancers of all ages feel encouraged to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Wilmar Valera:
Coach
Mrs. Wil began her dance journey at the age of thirteen and quickly earned a spot on a competitive dance team. She later graduated from Doral Academy Performing Arts, where she served as Team Captain during both her junior and senior years. Her performance experience includes being a member of the Miami Marlins Pep Squad and the University of Miami Hurricanettes. Since joining Xplosive Dance Company at its founding in 2016, Mrs. Wil has been a vital part of its growth and success. Her creativity and passion have earned her multiple choreography awards at both regional and national levels, solidifying her impact as both an instructor and choreographer.
